The Back Forty farm is home to the dairy, cheese shop, and tasting bar and is located in Mississippi Station, Ontario, an hour west of Ottawa. The shop offers a full selection of raw-sheep’s milk cheeses, as well as range of locally made products including cured meats, honey, maple syrup, and preserves.
The new outdoor kitchen and tasting bar serves a seasonal farm-to-table menu, including wood-oven pizzas, and the newly licensed riverside patio features Ontario craft beer, cider, and wine.
The Cheese Shop and Tasting Bar is open for the summer season.
Fridays 3pm - 7pm
Saturdays 11am - 6pm.
